Shipping policy

-No refunds due to sizing issues. Getting the correct size will ensure the best fit and the most wear time out of your nails. If you order a set that does not fit you, you will have to pay full price for a replacement, it is your responsibility to measure correctly. I also have a $5 size kit set available. Please note be held liable for any incorrect measurements given to me.

-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. (This is only available when you order the size S, M, and L. Not customized size.)

-Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. 

-To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted 
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error 
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
